You can request a refund/return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund/return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- The item must not fall under non-refundable categories (such as undergarments, sale items, or customized pieces).
- Proof of purchase (order ID/email confirmation) is required.
Non-Eligible Products for Refund
We do not offer refunds on:
- Worn, washed, or damaged products.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Customized/personalized orders.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
Refund Process
Email us at hisnhers1530@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product.
Once approved, you will receive return shipping details. The return must be shipped within 3 days of approval.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Important Notes
If the item you received is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
